We did not have a positive experience with this jeweler. We bought my wedding set there, and used the zales financing. There were lots of charges that we were not told about at the time of purchase. My husband has said he will never buy from Zales again because of the number of problems we had with them. One positive is that they will clean your diamond anytime - you just have to take it in. They can usually have it back to you within 30 minutes unless they're really busy.
