I loved my dress from Bridal Suites! They had the largest selection with the best personal attention. They had such a great idea of who I was, that the dress I ended up falling in love with, was one they gave pulled for me to try on. The tailoring was perfect and they listened to what I was looking for. I would recommend them to any bride who has an idea of what they want, wants personal attention and assistance with no stress, and a large selection to choose from.

I honestly didn't have a great experience with The Birdal Suite and unfortunately it's not because of Bridal Suite theirselves so much as the designer that I actually got my dress from. It took them 6 months for them to send my dress and that one had stains & pulls in the fabric so they had to cut me a new one which took another 8 weeks (was only 16 weeks till wedding day). So I wasn't very happy about all that. I was also upset that we weren't offered any money back or a discount on anything. We still had to go & pay for someone else to alter. I just wasn't very pleased with how it was all handled.

Found the perfect dress there. Lori was very nice, but some of her staff were not. My bridal consultant wasn't very friendly and not very knowledgeable about what dress would look good on my body shape. This made it awkward when trying on dresses with her.

Laurel and her team are knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and willing to spend as much time as necessary to make sure every bride finds her dream dress. As a big supporter of Brides Across America, Laurel has a lot of military brides and does everything she can to accomodate changing deployment and leave schedules. Awesome service, awesome dresses, awesome people!

I shopped here almost a year ago for my dress. I had considered going to a larger bridal "superstore" in Cincinnati, but on a hunch decided to try this store first because it had a combination of designers I thought I would like. I am so glad I did. The dress I ended up with was a Martina Liana, and it was so unlike anything I had seen before, but so beautiful I knew it was the one. And I have to tell you the one thing people couldn't stop talking about on the day I got married was my dress. I felt beautiful and I never regretted my dress choice. It was an easy shopping experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dress.

I got all my bridesmaids, junior bridesmaid, and two flower girl dresses from the Bridal Suite of Louisville. They were always very helpful and professional. They gave us the most reasonable prices on all the dresses that I found. And the dresses turned out perfect!! I LOVE them all!

My daughter purchased a dress from here in Feb of 10 for her december wedding. We loved everything about this store! The attention we received was amazing. The staff was so knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. They helped to fulfill her fairytale wedding!

I bought everything from my dress to my garter to my shoes at this place. It had it all with wonderful little details to everything. This shop has all of the charm you want, and individual attention you deserve when you go in to try things on. This shop is like most bridal shops, in the fact that there are only certain sizes and you get a feel for the dress of your dreams with that size, don't let this throw you off though, this still lets you know which one you want. The ladies at this shop will serve you well as you try on all of the beautiful dresses. They have everything you could need for you and your bridesmaids, and flower girls. I loved the feel of the store and the products that is sold me! They are stunning! I can't wait to wear them!

I absolutely LOVE this place! It was so much fun to go try on the wedding dresses and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! I felt very comfortable and they had so many great different choices!! I felt like every where I went to look had the same type dresses over and over again but they had a great selection of unique and beautiful dresses! I LOVE my dress and my experience with The Bridal Suite and would recommend it to anyone!

I bought my gorgeous Martina Liana dress here, and I am so happy that I went a little outside of my budget to purchase it. I bought my dress around Christmas time and they had a 10% offer if you brought in a toy for their Christmas toy drive. I was thankful for any savings I could get! I loved going into the store with my friends and trying on all different types of gowns. It was so fun and the ladies working there provided the best customer service! I recommend this bridal boutique to anyone looking for an A+ experience.

The service here was great. Everyone was so helpfuld and friendly. I recieved many compliments on my dress. Many people at my wedding though I had bought it from a high-end boutique in Chicago. The dress was stunning! They even pressed my dress and vail for me before the wedding. I would recommend everyone to check out this place, the prices are unbeatable and the service was superior.

I had such a good experience picking out my wedding dress at the Bridal Suite of Louisville. They were very helpful at finding the type of dress I was looking for as well as one that was in my price range. I felt that their prices were very reasonable. It didn't take very long at all for my dress to come in. They quoted me approximately four months and my dress arrived within two months. As an added touch, I received a Thank You note from them after purchasing my dress and hair piece. When I received my dress they offered to press it before my wedding for free. The Bridal Suite has also sent me reminders after my wedding to clean and preserve my dress.

The Bridal Suite is awesome! The staff immediately made my family and I feel "at home", from the minute we walked into the store (which felt like a dollhouse). I had come with one specific dress in mind by Martina liana, by Essense Australia, and ended up trying a ton on- and loved them all. I did fall in love with "the one", and it was a beautiful Silk dres with pockets! The staff was professional, informative, and made me feel confident about my purchase. I also got an incredible veil, and tiara! I felt truly amazing on my wedding day! Well DONE Bridal Suite! Highly reccomend.

I loved this shop! It was so pretty and cozy. The girls there were very helpful, I told them what kind of dress I was looking for and they pulled out tons of options. They even helped me put on the dresses. I found so many great options that I had a hard time narrowing it down to one! Their veils and headpieces and shoes are all beautiful too. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend the Bridal Suite to everyone I know getting married.

This was an absolutely great shop! I drove 3 hours to try on a dress and it was perfect. They ordered it and it arrived in a timely fashion. When I went to pick it up I fell in love with a headpiece but wasn't ready to purchase it so they offered me free shipping if I called back to order it. I called back and they shipped it for free. They were great!

Bridal Suite of Louisville is the perfect mix of value and boutique. We went to some upscale bridal salons, and while we loved the atmosphere and the gowns, we did not love the prices! The less expensive bridal shops were more like TJ Maxx for bridal wear - a disorganized mess with long fitting room lines. The Bridal Suite of Louisville provided an intimate, customer-centered atmosphere with reasonable prices and beautiful dresses. I am so glad that a friend recommended I stop in! I bought my Martina Liana wedding dress from Bridal Suite and had a GREAT experience! Highly Recommend!
