Ruths Bridal and black tie

They had alot of dresses to choose from. My dress didn't have a bussel but they put one in at no charge because I was told it had one. They did a great job.

Ruth's Bridal was a great experience when I had very little time to shop for a dress in order to make the 4 months ship date deadline. The dresses were beautiful and Lindsey was especially helpful and not over bearing in the least. The only snafu I had was when my dress came in and I tried it on for the first time. The original sample was a size 8 I believe. I am a size 2. When my size 2 came in I was disapointed that the dress now hugged parts of my body that I didn't feel was portrayed to me in the sample. It was not the shape or look I had been going for. BUT at that point it was paid for and there was nothing they could do for me. I was ready to go to Davids Bridal, seriously. Thankfully my seamstress worked magic and all was fine. But I was not happy that they did not portray the sample on me closer to how it is supposed to fit. I would have gone elsewhere for a dress if so.

I found Ruth's while in town for a work meeting, and having to find a dress quickly, I was able to be seen the same day I called. My consultant was so nice, and was extremely helpful despite me being by myself to choose my dress. The other workers were also on hand, and gave me honest opinions on the dresses I was trying on. I was able to find my dress, and was assured it would arrive on time, which it did! The sizing seemed to be alittle off, however my seamstress was able to work with the dress, and make it fit properly. I can honestly say Ruth's made the dress buying experience extremely relaxing and hassle free! I highly recommend going to Ruth's!

Ruth's Bridal was wonderful! I got my dress and my 8 bridesmaids dresses there. They were wonderful to work with, from the first time I walked in until the day before my wedding, they really were a pleasure to work with. After ordering bridesmaids dresses, two of my girls found out they were pregnant. Everyone at Ruths went out of there way to try and help me come up with a solution. Diane( the owner) is wonderful to work with. She offered to let my girls wear a sample dress in a larger size than they odered, so that it would fit over their growing bellys. I was impressed with the wonderful service.

We rented the tuxes from them. I also tried on dresses here. They were fine with me and searching for a dress. i ended up going somewhere eles and buying my dress so therefore i also got my bridesmaids dresses there too because of the discount.That store was way out of town for all my bridesmaids. One went to ruths to look at the dresses there since they carried the same line the first time she went they told her she couldn't try anyone that they didn't have them and that she can look in the book. I KNOW THEY HAVE THEM. I have seen them with my own eyes. SO that pissed her off and i had to beg her to go back when she did they told her she couldn't try them on since she wasn't buying them. i guess what i am trying to say is they don't work with you.
