We met with her twice to determine the size of cake and flavor. Melanie was very responsive to all my questions and worked with us on making our cake smaller. I didn't want cake left over, but wanted a 3 tier cake and my FI wanted a groom's cake. We ended up having a dummy middle layer and a 16 slice cake for the groom's personal cake. The cake looked amazing and FI was happy to get his own carrot cake! We have NO cake left over. She works out of her home, delivers and sets up. Very reasonable!!!
