We originally went with Aztec Limo due to what we heard from other people. They were impossible to get in touch with (failed to return calls, never responded to e-mails, etc.) Against my better judgement we went ahead with Aztec because their prices were good. After TWO months of attempting to schedule with them we recieved a confirmation e-mail and my card was charged $180.88 more than what I was quoted. That's when they mentioned all the hidden fees and charges. The dates and times on our reservation were incorrect, even though I had just given all my information to them. The process of trying to correct the reservation was a TWO MONTH ordeal of me calling and e-mailing them. They still did not get the reservation correct. Finally, I cancelled the reservation and decided to go with another company.After two weeks, seven phone calls and countless e-mails concerning wanting to cancel the reservation, I finally received notification that it was cancelled. However, it has not been a month since I received the e-mail confirming our cancellation and our card has not be refunded. Still no response to e-mails. Phone calls are not returned by the company or Fred Moore (who owns it). When I get ahold of someone on the phone, once they realize who it is, they hang up the phone. I'm not even kidding.AZTEC LIMO is a HOT MESS and I've filed claims against them with the BBB and my credit company to have the charges removed.

Limo service was a nice touch for our wedding. The limo picked up the Bridal party at one location and delivered us to the wedding site on time. The vendor allowed me to pick the limo I wanted which turned out to be a burgundy Dodge Charger. It was clean and had all the amenities that is to be expected from a limo. The driver was on time although he seemed a little unclear about where we were going and unfortunatley I did not get to enjoy the ride because I had to give him directions, but aside from that everything was perfect.

We had a great experience with Aztec Limo. The limo was exactly on time and was willing to turn around when I forgot our programs. The driver was very nice and helpful.
