Clay was fantastic to work with! Considering how expensive some photographers are, he provided a wonderful experience of the same quality of more costly photographers, in my opinion. He even included a free engagement shoot in our package. On the wedding day, he was not intrusive, which many of our guests commented on, and took fabulous photographs. I can't think of any negatives to working with Clay.

Clay was awesome! He was very flexible with developing a wedding package that worked for us. We had already taken engagement photos and wanted more photography hours added on to the wedding day and he was great with customizing a package that was perfect for us. The wedding pictures were amazing! Clay was great at blending in with the scene and we hardly noticed him during the ceremony and reception. He got all the right shots and they were amazing quality. We told him the vibe we were going for and he captured it perfectly. Price was great too! Not to mention he is a genuinely nice guy and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Clay...he made our wedding day even more perfect :)

We were very happy with Clay. He listened to our ideas and he had plenty of great ideas of his own. He took tons of pictures and most of them were exceptional. The day of the wedding he was very flexible but he and his assistant took charge of the situation when necessary to keep the photo session moving. The photobook he created for us was tasteful and artistic and beyond anything we could have imagined. He has an excellent eye for capturing great photos.We highly recommend him!

Clay captured some wonderful moments in his photos from our wedding day! He went out of his way to make sure he was getting all the pictures we wanted his manner was perfect throughout the day- quiet in emotional moments and calming in the stressful ones. He got all the pictures to us within a few days - great service!! The quality of his work is wonderful & the wedding package is a great value based on his talent!

Clay is amazing to work with and will go above and beyond to capture one of the most important moments in your life. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and very professional in the process. The quality of pictures we received were a great value for the cost. Excellent to work with! My only suggestion would be for brides and grooms to have a concrete idea of what kind of pictures or effect on pictures they want and to send ideas and examples to the photographer ahead of time.

Clay Jackson was an absolute joy to work with as my wedding photographer. He was tasteful in his photography, and was full of absolutely wonderful ideas for our photographs! Clay and his team shot our wedding at the Bodley Bullock House located in Lexington, KY in August 2009. Needless to say, we were not disappointed AT ALL by the attention to detail that we received from them throughout the day and every particular picture that we wanted...we received! His "eye" for capturing the special moments during a wedding and reception are 2nd to none and without being noticed during your special day. When we received our photo album (which is included in our package), it truly took us back to our wedding and helped us re-live that day in a way that only Clay can do. We receive constant praise on our book at our house. One of the best things I like about his services (in addition to the pricing, which you will not find a better value...I PROMISE) is the fact that he will provide you with a digital copy of all the photos taken at your wedding for you to use later on at your leisure. In this age of "buy this, buy that", it is refreshiing to find a company like Clays that will provide excellent photo album services if you want them, but also will provide you with the means to re-print YOUR memories later on as your needs (and budget) allows. Not pressuring you into "the wedding photo package", etc. is something that I truly appreciate from Clay's services. In closing, I would highly recommend you contact Clay Jackson for your next wedding or big event. We hired Clay Jackson for our wedding. We did not want just a photographer - those are a dime a dozen. We wanted someone who would catch the action and be invisible at the same time. Those two things were very important to us - we didn't want someone who made folks pose all night. We figured that someone who had a lot of success at being a sports photographer would be great. That's how we found Clay. I actually only remember seeing Clay prior to the ceremony when we did some family shots and then at the tail end of the night when I tracked him down to take a couple posed photos (which I had promised Clay I did not want, at least initially). I have to say, we have the very best wedding photos. Clay and his assistant captured every mood, every memory and all of it in the "moment." It is really like a spread from W Magazine, or another fashion/lifestyle mag. I wish we had him on our honeymoon in Africa - only mistake we made was leaving him behind. Thanks Clay.
