Christi was very easy to work with. The cakes were excellent.

Christi is very easy to work with and very reasonable. We met with her to make our initial deposit and were able to work with her by e-mail and phone. We sent her pictures of how we wanted the cake to look and it not only was beautiful, it was one of the best tasting wedding cakes I have ever tasted. She also set up the decor on the cake table for us which was unexpected!

We found out about Christi's Cakes through some friends of ours who had recently been married and whose wedding we attended; their cake was unbelievable, so we asked them where they had it done and they led us to Christi. Though she runs a small private business out of her home, Christi offers the height of professionalism and service, not to mention amazing cake. We arranged a tasting with her, where we were treated to a tour of her full-scale professional kitchen and a HUGE amount of samples (none of the little itty-bitty bites we received from others we tried), all of which tasted amazing. She makes all her cakes and only uses buttercream icing, so the cake itself is DELICIOUS, and she can roll the icing completely smooth so that it looks as good as fondant (which, unfortunately, tastes nasty). We went through three rounds of tasting with her to pick our flavors, and she can literally do ANY style you want (her website has an incredible amount of pictures). Not only was she amazing, she was also less expensive than many big, "highly-recommended" bakeries, so the value for the cost was unbelievable. Our cake was utterly beautiful, and my only regret is that I didn't have some set aside for us to take home at the end of the night, as the only bite I has was the one my new husband and I fed to each other. I'm thinking of having her make me a small cake just so I can feel like I actually got to eat some. I HIGHLY recommend Christi, she was the best vendor we had!

Christi's cakes is the best. She was the first person I met with and I loved her but felt I should shop around and make the best choice....it was Christi's. Her cakes are beautiful, moist and very tasty. I was told repeatedly at the reception that it was the best wedding cake my guest had ever tasted! She was wonderful to work with and very helpful during the planning process. She gave us several flavors to sample and they were all great. My cake was exactly what I envisioned, tasted amazing and Christi made it happen!

I was a little turned off when I called and Christi told me to try other vendors first before I tried her cake. I just happened to go to my last bridal show and she was there. I had a few bridesmaids and fiancee with me and tried her cake. AMAZING!!!!!! Everything was great, delicious and so reasonably priced.
