Her cake and the whole process was wonderful!! We planned the wedding cake for my parent's 50th anniversary (they never had one at their real wedding) from long-distance in Florida, provided a picture of what we wanted and her cake was right on and even more beautiful than the picture, she gave great advice, her gum paste flowers were awesome, the cake and feven the ondant were absolutely delicious, and all was handled with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her for a cake for any occasion, and particularly a wedding cake!
