Adkins Island DJ, Is amazing! They DJed my wedding May of 2010, and i think i drove them nuts calling every other day changing my mind, switching stuff up, and stressing up! They were really great and always calm and reasuring! My reception hall kept blowing a fuse and they kept us entertained while the owner fixed the problem! i would use them again in a second!

Adkins Island did our wedding if your looking for a laid back but professional DJ service you found one. It didnt take long at all and they had everyone out there dancing and having a great time. we had no regrets using this DJ service they played a wide varitey of music and dont think there was a song they didnt have when someone asked them to play one. would use them again if ever needed a Dj service for anything.

Brandon was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. He did everything exactly as I asked and was a pleasure to have at the reception, he had a way for feeling out the crowd and finding the best music to fit them and definitely had the best price in town. When you call them, they are very open about their experiences and their background and they even encourage you to research other DJ's before booking them. I am very happy with Adkins Island DJ's!

This was the best DJ ever. We had so many compliments. He was so involved and kept the crowd going. There is never a slow moment or pause between songs. The variety of music is awesome. I will never use another DJ service again. I have 3 friends that have user him since our wedding in September 2010 and he has been just as great. They are very professional, friendly and can accompany any type of crowd. The service you get for the price is definitely worth it. We looked everywhere for a DJ before we found them and none were less than $800. Adkins Island has very reasonable prices. We paid less than $400 for 4 hours of awesome music. Brandon was great and I would recommend Adkins Island DJ to anyone anytime...they are great!!!

Brandon from Adkins Island was a pleasure to work with. Whenever I emailed him, he responded within 24 hours, usually much less. He did the music for our wedding ceremony and reception, and found perfect music for both situations. Brandon went above and beyond to find specific songs we wanted for both our ceremony and reception. He was open to (the many) requests throughout the night from all of our guests. When I was having trouble selecting songs for certain parts of our reception, he was right there with suggestions. The only reason I rated Adkins Island a 4.5 in Responsiveness was because I wished I had talked with them more prior to my wedding day to plan out a timetable of the different activities we wanted (bouquet/garter toss, dollar dance, etc.). This might even be my own fault for not taking the initiative to do this. All in all, I am extremely happy with the service I got from Adkins Island. They helped to make my wedding day a great one. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for DJ service.
